Last updated September 22, 2026. This policy explains the information LongerHuman collects through the longevity quiz and optional email signups.
What we collect
When you use the quiz, we collect your first and last name, email address, quiz answers, the page or guide that referred you, and whether you separately chose to receive marketing emails. Basic technical information may also be processed to keep forms secure and limit abuse.
How we use it
We use quiz answers to calculate your five-pillar baseline and generate the personalized seven-day plan you requested. We use your email for marketing only when you explicitly opt in. Marketing consent is not required to receive quiz results.
Service providers
n8n coordinates plan generation and delivery. OpenAI processes the quiz context used to generate the plan. Resend delivers the transactional quiz email. Mailchimp processes optional marketing subscriptions. These providers handle information under their own privacy and security commitments.
Choices and retention
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email. To ask about, correct, or delete personal information, contact the address listed by LongerHuman in its deployed site configuration.

The quiz provides general educational information and is not a medical assessment. Please do not submit medical records or sensitive health details through these forms.
